Setup fees

There is no setup fee for third party collections. We work on 100% commission. We get paid when you get paid.

Cancellation fees

There is no cancellation fee, unless specified in your contract.

The debtor paid me directly; do I still owe you your commission?

Yes. Commission is due regardless which party received payment.

What is your fee?

Factors that can affect pricing are frequency of placement, age of accounts, average account balance and quality of the data you provided.

How to get setup with you

What is your process?

Our due diligence program uses a mixture of letters, automated phone calls as well as live person to person phone calls. We contact your customers in a timely manner.

Do you report to credit reporting agencies?

We report to Experian, TransUnion and Equifax, unless specified differently by our clients.

How do I get paid?

We send money to our clients monthly via paper checks or ACH transfer. You will get a listing of who we collected from and how much at that time. This is available through our secure website or hard copy.

How do I send you collection accounts?

Simply click here to submit accounts. Login with your unique username and password. From here pick “Account Placement” to send us individual accounts or “File Upload” to send us a file with dozens or thousands of accounts. If you do not have an account established, please contact our client services representative at 505-325-5055 or [email protected].

How do I check on the accounts we sent you?

During normal business hours you can always call us at (888) 325-5055, or you can access all your accounts on-line 24/7 here. Login and go to either the Account Information or Client Report tabs. From there many reports are available to your review.

I hate doing collections, do you have a secret?

Do you give out free credit reports?

No. You can get your free credit report from Annual Credit Report. But we are one of the few places on the planet where a live friendly human will help you get your report, explain it to you and help you correct any errors.

Do you fix credit?

No. A credit report is just history – if it is ugly but true it belongs on the report. However, we can teach you how to take charge of your finances and build good credit for your future. If I make a partial payment, does that reactivate an old account?

Yes. Any debt can remain part of your credit file for up to 7 years from the date services were provided or from the date of last payment. Any partial payment on any account which is past the statute of limitations for legal action to collect the debt, could reactivate the statute of limitations on that debt
